This project was a shell and core health care refit over 2 floors in Wembley. The works consisted of Strip out of original, remodel existing layout, 1st and 2nd fix electrical with data and fire alarm system, dry-line existing walls, new suspended ceilings, stud partitions to create consulting/dispensary room and reception, new floorings, bespoke custom made desks and cabinets, new shop fascia/signage and glazing and internal graphic/branding.
