Exeter Court Maple Road Surbiton

This project consisted of a refurbishment to an existing flat in the London suburb of Surbiton. FCL’s remit was to strip out the existing bathroom, remove the historic space heaters, strip out the floor finishes and all other fixtures and fittings. We then commenced on installing a new boiler, new hot radiators to each room, a new bathroom including bath, shower, W/C and sink and a complete redecorations to all walls, ceilings and floor finishes. We also installed some new power outlets in the kitchen for ease of use.
