This occupied homeowner project was a typical 2 phase reconfiguration with refurbishment. The works consisted of reconfiguration to open up kitchen diner and sub floor works, supply and install of designer feature radiator, preparation and steel works for Bi-folding doors (doors installed by manufactures), new laminate flooring and preparation of walls for owner to redecorate.
