Extension to form a side first floor off of an existing ground floor building. Masonry construction, with a cut and pitch roof, extending the existing roof to adjoin and cover the first floor side extension. Fit out internally, with plumbing, electrics, walls, ceilings & floor decorations. Knock through to form a hallway into the new first floor extension. The space was used as the master bedroom with an en suite and walk in wardrobe which we fitted out and finished ready for the client to move into.
